We run clean, organized projects—mostly repeat clients and referrals.
We’ve got good work lined up and are looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter who can step into a job, see what needs to happen, and get it done carefully and right.
We do quality remodeling and new construction, including additions, kitchens, baths, decks, porches, windows & doors, cabinetry, and finish carpentry.
You’ll handle layout, read plans, solve problems, coordinate with other trades, and keep the carpentry work moving.
We’re looking for:
Strong residential building and remodeling experience
Rough and finish carpentry skills
Careful work and a sharp eye for detail and quality
Ability to work independently and communicate well
Valid driver’s license
$35–$48/hr. DOE | Ithaca Area | Paid time off | Health insurance
